As the title says I'm 39 weeks and 3 days but feeling very emotional tonight, sat crying for a good 45 minutes over nothing!
Has anybody else felt like this and is it normal? Thank you 😊

I'm only 32 wks so can't comment however my aunt who recently had a baby said this was one of the tell tale signs that her labour had started, she was extremely hormonal and felt very weepy for no reason at all. I'd say it's hormones either way, good luck Smile

Its totally fine and normal

I hope it is the start of something I can't deal with being emotional! Just started crying again for no reason! Don't no what's wrong with me xx

Is it the feeling of stepping into the unknown? It's a huge change - is this your first? Do you have any concerns about birth or being a Mum that you haven't fully addressed yet?

Could just be tiredness too, being nearly at the end of a long pregnancy and in that "waiting" period?

Or baby is on its way Smile

I did this two days before DD was born. DH had to take the day off work to look after DS 1 and 2.

Be kind to yourself, there is a week of physical and emotional hard work coming. It is worth it though.

There is nothing wrong with you. You are just a very pregnant woman almost ready to give birth.

Hope you have caring people around you. It is OK to be emotional Flowers

Ohh that's a good sign I think. I cried for the last few evenings before labour appeared.

I do hope it's a sign of labour, I've got my midwife today so hopefully she will give me some good news and that hopefully it won't be long x
