Went there when I was about 20 weeks. Couldn’t use much but they were helpful about what I could use and I just lazed about with a book. The pregnancy massage was amazing and I really enjoyed it. We went as a group and that helped.

You can't use steam rooms / saunas, jacuzzi / hydro-baths ....basically anything that is heated!

Usually you can just have specialist pregnancy treatments and make use of the swimming pool.
I had a spa break a few weeks ago, at 29 weeks and thoroughly enjoyed it even though I couldn't use most of the facilities. I took a book and chilled by the pool. Had a gorgeous treatment and just relaxed.

There were heated loungers I could use in the fire and ice area and I could use some of the rooms (the boring ones so I didn’t use them). Also used the foot baths!!! Couldn’t use one of the pools but they were really explicit about what I could/couldn’t use.
