Symptoms reducing?

I'm 7 weeks today and from 5 weeks have felt pretty sick all day, with an increase at 6 weeks. I haven't been sick but I've done a lot of dry retching (nice) and have been off my food.

Over the past few days I don't feel as sick and today my breasts don't feel as tender but I'm not sure if I'm just making that up. I had crampy pains last night around my vulval area- not crampy maybe but that low pain a bit like a period. I woke up at about 1am feeling sicky so that's put my mind at rest a little...

I think I'm overthinking this because I'm also off work this week so it is possible that maybe I feel less sick because I don't actually have to get up and get to work so I'm not asking very much of my body. It's my first pregnancy though so I'm really unsure, and I didn't realise that symptoms could come and go? I'm not certain what I'm asking here- just want to know what you think is normal!

Thanks Smile

Hey there! Congrats! This is my first pregnancy too! I have had basically zero symptoms other than fatigue (which has been on and off) and most recently horrendous heartburn which began around 25 weeks (I'm 32 weeks now!) I've only been sick once and that was it, I think it's totally normal to have symptoms come and go, it depends on your hormones etc. Good luck with the rest of your pregnancy! :3

Thank you for responding! Congratulations on your pregnancy! How exciting. I think I need to stop overthinking this- if I have a miscarriage I have one and there's nothing I can do about that. I just need to enjoy being pregnant everyday that I am. I think I'm being overly anxious about this pregnancy so who knows what I will be like in 33 weeks' time 😂
Thanks for responding. I hope your heartburn eases off!
