I’m happy to spend money (however not attending a course levels of money… already shelled out for NCT) but I can’t work out where to go or what to download?
Audible has books but presumably this is literally the book being read out. I had more in mind different hypnobirthing ‘sessions’ I can listen to at bedtime or similar.
Recommendations of apps? Or I don’t mind purchasing mp3 or similar and listening to it. just can’t work out what to get

I did a wise hippo course at my local MLU. The positive mindset and approach to birth helped me immeasurably with my first baby. Good luck x
