Hi, I suffered a short bleed for less than an hour last week but still spotting now, I believe I have miscarried at six weeks (hospital appointment tomorrow to hopefully confirm) as I have had all the symptoms. I also do need feel tired like I have been and have never had morning sickness. Has anyone else had any success stories on the outcome being good news or am I being too hopeful? I found out two days before I missed a period so have known for a while and got my hopes up rather a lot. Surely I should have had some sort of sickness? As expected the pregnancy tests are showing strong positives as I thought and understand it will even if I have miscarried for up to three weeks.
