Breasts leaking again?

I had DD four months ago and FF her from birth due to issues with her latch.

Boobs have been as dry as the Sahara since she was about four weeks old. This week, I took off my bra and noticed a familiar stain the inside. I thought I'd maybe just split something down my top and didn't think anything of it. Today I gave my boob a squeeze to double check and a few drops of milk came out. And the same from the other side.

I'm a bit freaked out, especially because my milk had completely dried up and I never expressed.

Has anyone else experienced similar?

Yeah I did, we ff our daughter for similar reasons and milk dried up.
For weeks after she was born I leaked like a sieve and my milk had dried up within a few days - doctor said it can happen.
Breast pads and it will stop at some point.
