25 weeks, watery discharge and soft cervix?

Hi everybody.
I was just wondering if this is normal, as I’ve never had it with my previous two pregnancies.
I’m 25 weeks and I woke up with my downstairs VERY wet. I wiped it and it was wet again... when on the toilet my vagina made... foofoo farts (queefs? 😱😱 I hate this word! Lol) which has never happened before.
So I went to inspect my cervix and I’m no cervix expert, my fingers haven’t been inspecting since pre-pregnancy, but my cervix is VERY soft right now, it’s like it’s melted into me. - I have no idea if closed or open as it’s so far back I can just about reach it.

Is this normal?

Could well be discharge rather than fluid, I had a lot when I was pregnant. I’d give your midwife a call though - they can do a test to see if it’s amniotic fluid or not.

If you're concerned I would contact your maternity unit for advice. They will be able to do a swab to check for thrush/ensure it's not your waters. I wouldn't keep checking your cervix though just to reduce risk of infection!
