Pregnant 17 year old education advice

Hi just wondering if anyone has any idea where my daughter stands in terms of the education law saying she has to stay until she is 18 her baby is due in June and will only have just finished her first year at college any advice greatly appreciated.

There is nothing to say she has to stay in education until 18. A June birth could be good timing if she plans to go back to college in September, but equally it could be bad timing if she has to sit end of year exams while heavily pregnant or pull out due to an early birth. I'm sure the college will have dealt with similar before, best to speak to them. Good luck!
