Juice drink vitamin A help!

Hey girls I drank this juice before I realised it had vitamin A in there! Is this safe ?? I wish I never drank it now 😩

All food has vitamin A in it. You can't avoid it. But it's fine in normal nutritional amounts (with the exception of liver which has a very high contentration). What you don't want is supplementation with excessive amounts of synthetic vitamin A. So perfectly fine. Just avoid taking any supplements with added vitamin A.
