Hi All, its my first time posting here but thought I'd bite the bullet. I had my combined 12 week scan last week - scan was good, and baby is developing well and healthily. My blood results came back yesterday. DS and abnormality results are all low but I have high HCG levels, around 8.5 if I remember rightly. I was told this meant an increased risk of complications and pre-eclampsia, however, my last test for blood pressure and urine protein test were all fine and normal 
. I've been referred onto the Fetal Medicine Unit for closer monitoring for my 20 week scan but I wondered if anyone else has experienced something similar and what the outcomes were? Thank you!!
