Approx 5weeks with number 3 and have had no bleeding so far which I had with my previous two pregnancies. Is it unusual to not have had any if I've had it before? Also feeling crampy most days. Should I be worried or stressing for nothing?

I’m not sure what is normal and what isn’t tbh.. my first ended in MC last November but my symptoms seem strong at some points and almost gone in others !
I’m around 5w too.. praying this time round will be success, not going to lie I’m
