Water infection- Bleeding!!! Should i not to worry?

It started yesterday evening. I knew straight away, as i went toilet frequently before go bed, and i was wake after midnight with pains and urging to go all the time.
I went gp and got antibiotics. Now started bleeding every time i pass water. I did have water infection in the past but never had bleeding. It burns and bleeds like very faint bleeding. I can describe it like when AF start or stop, having very light bleeding.
I only had one tablet so far, what should i do? Call GP again( i tried couple times) or wait couple days.
Im 25weeks pg atm, a little bit worried about bleeding bit.

Call your MW. She might tell you to go in to the hospital and get checked out. At the end of the day you are bleeding and you need it to be confirmed that it is just the UTI. They will take it seriously and put your mind at rest.

I have just had the same but I didn't realise that I had an infection untill I went to hospital with bleeding.

Have they taken a sample to test to make sure they have given you the correct antibiotics.

I wouldn't want to wait a couple of days and think maybe you should mention it to someone just to be sure.
