I ache so much low down 36 weeks. Wondering if worth investing or not in a couple? Does it help support well

I found they definitely helped, but my issues were upper back, and started much much earlier (about 6-7 weeks). I started wearing a bump band about mid way through pregnancy, and wished I'd started earlier. I was still in pain, just not as badly!

This is all very low. Starting to ache back but not a lot. Its like a 'torn' feeling.. Will look online now. Where's the best place to get some

I used mine to cover the increasing gap between my top and my waistband.

I’ve got a mamalicious one from Mothercare, it really does help. Not perfect but much, much better than before.

I had a torn muscle feeling in my 7th month but it was to the top side of my bump. I used a band but it didn't do much. I went to an Osteopath who helped me loads. He sort of adjusted me to give the baby more room and after my second session the pain had gone. If there's one near you who you trust and deals with pregnancy I'd recommend it.

Thanks for the replies I'll look into it. I had mw this week anyway so will mention to her too and see if she can suggest anyone
