It had gone sort of sweaty, would this hold any risk of listeria? I ate it on a sandwich but it had gone soft and had definitely been out of the fridge more than a few hours.

I know now fda regulations state things shouldn’t be left out of the fridge more than a couple of hours but I didn’t know at the time
