Missed pills - advice please!

I’m on Marvelon and missed two pills in the second week - took them both as soon as I remembered so 3 in one day (not sure this helps haha), then three days later I had diarrhoea in the night (sorry!) less than two hours after taking my pill. So potentially missed 3 in the space of 4 days.
My discharge changed as if I was ovulating and I’ve had very sensitive teeth will ulcers, which I never get! What’s going on and is there a chance I could’ve ovulated/got pregnant?

My last pill is Thursday this week and i usually come on between Sunday and Wednesday. Could I take a test already?

I would wait and see if you have your withdrawal bleed.

If you don't have this then take a test, if not and you still feel funny take a test in a week, just to make sure you don't get a false negative or spend loads of money testing! x

I fell pregnant the day after I took my last pill with DD..

No it was just a few missed pills...
I had some bright red spotting after sex last night which I never get unless I’m a day or so before my period and had a mammoth nap on Sunday as felt like I was going to fall asleep sat up - again I never nap.
My bf and I had agreed we will come off the pill in the summer but now I’m scared if I am, how I’m going to tell him. I don’t want him to think I’ve purposefully done it as he knows I’m super broody! Any tips on how to break the news if I am?

@buzzybuzzbuzz was that at the end of your pill packet or after you missed one! That’s a very quick ovulation! Or

I was on cerazette so I didn't have a break at all from it. DS was only 8 months old, I had been bleeding on and off for 6 months before I decided to just come off it - planned to go on something else once my periods came back properly.
We got a bit carried away the day after I had taken my last one, didn't use a condom.
So my periods never actually came back properly!

BUT I went back on cerazette after DD was born and it stopped my periods. Until I stopped breastfeeding - they came back with a vengeance. I came off cerazette to get the implant, but we decided to have another baby instead and it took 4 months!

If you've missed a pill within 7 days of the end of the pack you should skip the break and take the next pack straight away. As you've missed several, there is a chance you could ovulate however I would not then increase the risk by having a break, as this extends it.

What you're noticing is probably either hormonal from the triple dose, or psychosomatic - ovulation doesn't usually give very clear signs and you wouldn't have pregnancy symptoms so early.

I would tell BF you have missed some pills, anxiety shared should be supportive, and if you're planning to have kids with him then I hope he's a decent bloke! :)

You can test two weeks after the missed pill. Then test again a week later to be sure. Use xondoms for 7 days after the miss if it's not too late.
