Hi, I currently use a hot water bottle in bed as its so cold lately! However, last night i fell asleep holding it in my arms and when I woke up the bottle had fell towards my bump and my bump felt very hot. Could I have done any damage by doing that? Im currently 30 weeks

Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

No. Your body keeps your baby at blood heat and anyway, your baby is long fully formed. A hot water bottle is far too small to raise your core temperature.
