Bleeding from bottom

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone else has experienced a lot of bleeding from there bottom since being pregnant. When I discussed this with the midwife she said it is piles and nothing to worry about and said that it would get worse when I give birth so they can't do anything until after. However I'm not just bleeding when I do a number two, it seems to be bleeding when I'm doing nothing. Has anyone else experienced this? It doesn't seem normal to me but my midwife seems to think there's nothing to worry about.

Go to your GP and in pregnancy always better safe than sorry.

If you're concerned make an appointment with a gp . they will be able to check if it's piles.

Have you been constipated a lot?

Any severe pain when passing?

I had what you do when I had an Anal fissure and only thing that helped was Laxido to make stool soft to pass and ibuprofen.

Get checked at GP

I have piles and they don't bleed like that, even during the worst of attacks. Deffo see your GP.

Yes, i’ve had it and it’s my piles - yay 🙄 but best have your GP have a look, they prescribed me lotions, etc.

I would see a GP, just to get it checked out. Also just to say, ive always been told not to take ibuprofen in pregnancy, but paracetamol is safe at recommened dose.
