Symptoms at 6 weeks?

I'm around 6 weeks pregnant as per US but i feel like my symptoms are so minimal I'm almost worried. All I have is sore boobs, shortness of breath and hungry a lot! What's everyone else's at this stage?

Similar to yours. Had a tiny smidge of nausea now and again but thats it x
