Incredibly stupid (I'm sure) question about exercise in pregnancy

I'm still doing a lot of the exercise I was doing pre preg, I'm 22 weeks now and have developed a fair bump now. I was jumping around last night and could feel it wobbling around........do I have an increased risk of stretch marks doing this compared to those who don't do silly jumping around aerobics classes?

And should I be doing anything to support bump, don't want him getting too dizzy in there?

I don't think it'll increase your risk of stretch marks. As far as i know that's genetic. Just listen to your body as far as jumping goes. I'm 27 weeks and starting to do some low impact options because it's my second baby and my pelvis floor isn't what it used.to be! But the baby won't get dizzy.

I'm definitely taking it more carefully than I have been known to in the past. I do end up running out to wee regularly Blush

That's all good news though thank you
