Stitch like pain?

I'm 18 weeks... While I go for a wee and for about 5 mins after I'm getting a stitch like pain where I'm guessing is my ovary area...Low left, sometimes low right. It's not debilitating just annoying. Sharp/stitch feeling. But it goes. I've been to the doc, urine is fine so no uti. Any ideas? Anytime else have this? 😕

I'm only 9 weeks gone and get this, usually when I've held on for too long to go or haven't emptied my bladder properly before? Sometimes I find having a little wriggle and making sure I've finished weeing properly (I was surprised at how I think I'm done but I'm not) makes the pain not come back again next time I need the loo :) x

Glad it's not just me!

I'm probably between 6-8 weeks (waiting - not very patiently - for early dating scan) and get this all the time. I also get a similar sensation after gentle exercise (walking/swimming)... It's not been worse than a period pain and I've had no spotting, so I'm hoping it's just a sign that everything is adjusting...
