Bump going hard at 23 weeks

Slightly cringing at posting this but last night after sex my bump went very hard and into a sort of peak shape. It was stuck like that for quite a while. I had a bit of discomfort but nothing major and then it all eased off.
Baby is kicking away and everything is fine now but I was just wondering if anyone know what the cause of this was?

Some women get BH really early and that sounds like what you experienced.

Sounds like braxton hicks, I had them from that stage and they're harmless, it's just your body practicing for the big day! Xx

It's a normal thing that happens when you orgasm. Orgasm always causes contractions in the uterus, it's just that normally you can't actually see and feel it the way you can when you're pregnant.

Sex is completely safe during pregnancy. It eont harm yout baby. He/she is in bubble wrap atm 😁
