9 weeks pregnant bleeding

Hi i was bloated sore breasts since week 5 other day went when i wiped bit pink blood now watery brown and watery red on and off only when i wipe bit on pad and bit in loo no pain. Scan in morning im scared has anyone else had this

Had this with ds, it was implantation bleeding or possibly a twin. When they scanned me they said there was a pocket of blood coming away. The reason I said a twin is because in my following pregnancy I had a sack that was a twin that did not make it visible in a very early scan. It then became a pocket that may bleed they said but I did not have a bleeding that time it just got reobserved.
