Tests becoming faint

Hi

Previously posted about tests on another thread. Looking for some help. Has anyone had any experience of taking a FRER a few days before your AF is due and get faint pink lines but then a test on the day your AF is due and there be a very faint (eye squinty line) that's barely there? I really thought I had BFP's on Friday but today the line looks less strong and I am convinced I'm pregnant but maybe not. :(

I unfortunately did and it was a chemical..it could just be how concentrated your urine is...x

deepop · 30/01/2018 10:25

Oh no :( how will I know if it's chemical?? X

I also had this which resulted in a chemical unfortunately. I lost my mind over it I probably took about 10 frer in panic. They eventually got lighter and lighter and then was negative and the next day I started to bleed.

I would say (as difficult as it is) hold off a couple of days, if you've had no bleeding then test again and fingers crossed it's just down to how diluted your urine is. Fx all is ok for you x

Oh no @Fia256 sorry to hear that. So unsure of what's going on x

This happened to me and it was also a chemical. It was heartbreaking and I agonised over those tests.

Don’t test again for a few days. It’s so hard I know.

Just had a flick through pics and found the photos I'd taken - this was some of mine when I had my chemical if it's any help x

Mine were pretty much the same as Fia25s

somethingfromnothing · 30/01/2018 11:06

This happened to me over the weekend. Tests now negative. I’m spotting but no proper bleeding yet.

I doubt it's down to how diluted my urine is as I got positives last week using afternoon urines but today's was FMU. Thanks so much @Fia256 for your input. Maybe it's not meant to be this time. I have had slight cramps since yesterday afternoon as if I'm coming on. Did you get cramps and back ache before you bled? X

I just felt like I was about to get my period and then did.

However I’ve also had cramps around the time I’ve been due and gone on to stay pregnant (I did miscarry but much later, so it wasn’t to do with the period pain).

Unfortunately you won’t know until you either bleed or don’t.

Sorry to also chime in on this, but unfortunately this also happened to me when I had a chemical :( I'm sorry. The only thing you can really do is test in a few days, which is doesn't even feel remotely helpful at the time, I know.

I started getting back ache before but I can imagine it's different for everyone. Whatever happens, take care of yourself Flowers

deepop · 30/01/2018 12:42

It's a chemical. Bleeding just started :(
