I have a obstretric appointment tomorrow what will this consist of?

I'm 16 weeks and have an obstetric appointment tomorrow what does this consist of? I have been referred for anything in particular so is this normal?

I have a suspected blood clotting disorder could this be why?

Yeah sounds like a consultant led pregnancy could be on cards for you it the tests show a risk like that - all it means is extra care, scans and tests for you and extra attention at birth by the doctor.

Our friend who gave birth a week after me had similar issue and he tests were inconclusive for some reason so she was consultant led.

Speak to consultant and they will direct to safest pathway.
