12 week scan report

Hi ladies... So I was just reading through my notes which I got from my 12 week scan.m, and I come across this.

I'm slightly confused as to what this is and if itssomething I need to be concerned about?

When I had my scan they said everything is fine and looks good and as it should for 12 weeks and no mention of anything called " Adnexa" What is this?

They're noting that they've seen your ovaries. Nothing to worry about!

Adnexal is just ovaries and include any masses or cysts that millions of woman have etc.

Your midwife or consultant will be able to explain further.
