Sharp pains 15 weeks

Hey
I'm 15 weeks and last night I started getting really sharp pains in my lower right stomach. They were so painful that they kept me awake in the night.
I work in an office and sitting all day is making the pain more frequent.

I have asked to take half day holiday but was told by HR to just to to a different room (don't know how that would help?)

I have not had any bleeding or anything and I have had aches there earlier in the pregnancy but not that sharp before

Anyone know if there is anything I can do? Is it worth calling doctor/midwife as it's prob just baby making room.
I'm just uncomfortable at work.
I was off with HG for 2 weeks so don't want to take time off if I can help it hence the holiday requsest.

Is this your first baby? Possibly muscle/ligament pain as at 15wks you probably have a little bump, and baby is stretching your insides!!

What is your work chair like? Do you need something more supportive?

Is it your first or second baby? I had these pains at 15 weeks last week and it turned out that it was the internal scar tissue from my previous section stretching.

If you don't feel able to work you should go home sick.

Gone home sick but work have told me to go to a&e. Now I'm terrified something is wrong or I'm wasting people's time. Pregnancy is hard. It's my first.

Phone your early pregnancy unit if they will see you or if not then A+E will be able to see you too.

Sounds like it could be ligaments but always safer to be checked and damn what they think.

Good luck
