Headaches

I'm 16 weeks tomorrow and my newest symptom seems to be headaches. I'm debating whether I should get my eyes tested again, I wear glasses a lot of the time anyway and sit at a computer all day which I don't think is helping?
Does anyone have any tips for headaches?

I experienced my first migraine last week and it was horrendous, luckily it's mostly just a dull ache all the time but it's very annoying as I've only just started feeling better in myself to now have yet another symptom to contend with Envy

You can ask for a screen guard for your monitor that should help with brightness etc but I think if over 20hrs a week is at computer your entitled to be covered for eye checks.

As for headaches- I have IIH so I have a 22 week headache atm and some cool 4head works as well as hydration and fresh air. Also look up temple massage you can do on yourself as it's down to pressure points and they do work.

Thank you @gryffen I'm not sure if an eye test will bring anything to light but figured it's worth a try! I don't think I'm due another one for a while but my work do pay for tests so guess it's worth doing.

Thank you, il grab some of that to see if it helps. Being hydrated doesn't seem to do a lot, and fresh air can make it worse. I'd been so ill at the beginning that I was hoping the rubbish bits were about to pass now I'm at 16 weeks but it seems so far that I won't be so lucky!

I'm starting to suffer from headaches too, and that isn't something I usually struggle with. Getting your eye tested sounds like a good idea. I find my headaches are worse when I'm hungry/ my blood sugar levels drop, so eating little and often seems to help me...

@WaitingForIndependenceDay it feels just like when my eyes are due to be tested and my prescription needs altering so I think having them tested is a good start.
It's not something I ever really suffer from either so it's a tad annoying and seems to make my nausea much worse.
It's a very annoying symptom I must admit!!
