I'm 32 weeks and have just noticed I have a rash under my boobs . Apart from it's not a rash , it's loads of tiny little yellow lumps and I squeezed one and yellow stuff came out !!
I thought it might have been a sweat rash because I've been home all weekend and not had on a bra but now I'm not so sure . I've not had this in previous pregnancies .
Please tell me I'm not alone and that my boobs won't drop off ...

Don’t want to read and run- haven’t had the same thing but did have something similar a few years ago; I saw the nurse who gave me some cream and it cleared up in a couple of days

Sounds a bit like Intertrigo- I get that under there and any flabby bits.

Normally looks like sweat rash but can be painful - defo speak to a doctor as you may need cream that's prescribed etc.

What works for me is Dermol emollient as I can use it wet as a soap substitute or dry as a soothing balm on dry skin etc.

Safe enough on baby too as there is nothing in it.
