Im only 4 1/2 weeks pregnant but my boobs have been hurting since 6dpo. Today these appeared around my nipples. Google says montgomeries tubercles but ive had 4 kids before and they never had this in those pregnancies? And they arent all over the areola like in pics ive seen theres just a few in the centre on the nipple. They appeared overnight. Is it worth seeing a dr about?

You could mention it at your next midwife appointment but I have these still from my pregnancy with my son in 2011.

Mine have always had those little bumps over them.

If they look like giant goosebumps then they are totally normal, sometimes they will look like you have trapped skin and it's pinched looking.
Only had one kid so far but 12 weeks pregnant now and they are like a used dart board lol

Unless you develop hard cysts then nothing to worry about and your body changes due to each pregnancy.

They do look like pinched, close up its as if they are bumps with inverted centres. I assumed things like this only appear later in pregnancy, rather than this early :/ thanks for your replies xx

Totally normal, they are areolar glands also known as montgomery tubercles. They appear when you get pregnant and are a normal part of boob changes during pregnancy.
