As above! I don't know what to think. AF is due today. I've had 3 faint lines on all 3 FR but both boots early completely nothing and a 'not pregnant' on CB digital.

So frustrating...

Stop testing and be patient. You're pregnant, and patience will be required from here on in!

Sallysaysnonono · 28/01/2018 21:40

It doesn’t sound like you’re happy to be pregnant... are you ok?
PM if you want a chat at all...

OP you test away as much as you like, typical MN.

Op did not ask for advice on whether she should keep testing or not Hmm

Why would OP not be happy? Because she's getting fed up at people telling her when she can and can't test? Confused

OP the first response tests are positive. Did you use FMU for the boots? I have had BFP on clear blue and not on an Frer before with my third DD. Different brands can have different results but I'd go by those positives on the Frers.

Sallysaysnonono · 28/01/2018 22:00

OP may not be happy as she said she was scared and wanted family support. It didn’t sound planned though I can be wrong on occasion!
I’m just saying that MN people can be harsh as hell, but you can talk without it having to be family to people on here at least. I tell people more on here than I would say to my dh.

CL1982 · 28/01/2018 22:54

FRERs are really sensitive :) Boots is SUPER unsensitive so I'll go with you're preggers chick!

CL1982 · 28/01/2018 22:55

P.s OP I was an early tester. People just want to stick their two pence in. It is 100% your business when and how often you test xx

As far as I know FRER detect above 12.5 miu of hcg, Boots 25 miu of hcg and the Clear blue digital shows 1-2 weeks for levels between 25 - 200 miu of hcg.

It's a while since I was on the TTC boards so this could have changed.

CL1982 · 28/01/2018 23:19

@Fuckit2017 I know. It's a differing of opinion. I loved the excitement of testing early while many see it as a waste of time/money. Everyone is different :) but people have their reasons. We had multiple miscarriages so I needed to be on medication the moment that line appeared for instance.

CL1982 · 28/01/2018 23:19

@Somewhereovertheroad I think it was measuring more like 50 for Boots tests when I was TTC...

DeedeeJ1 · 28/01/2018 23:21

@CollyWombles thanks so much you're post was truly kind and thoughtful x

If I'm honest no it wasn't planned, timing isn't great. The thing I'm struggling most with it not knowing 100%. Once it's concrete I can decide how I feel. I know people have their opinions, I just wanted to hear some comparison stories to ease my mind even if I have tested early. If it's meant to be it's meant to be.

And I know I'll have the most amazing support from dad and family if that's all turns out to be true, but as it's so early on I'm sure you can understand why I'm reluctant to start telling family in case. Hence the large amount of money spent on tests AND my impatience

Somewhereovertheroad · 28/01/2018 23:25

This was the levels I had seen

Boots- 25 miu
Clearblue digital with conception- 25 miu
First response early response- 12.5 miu
First response rapid result- 100 miu
Superdrug- 10 miu
Sainsbury's- 25 miu
Tesco- 25 miu

Boots have pretty good customer care I think you could phone them and ask.

It is very confusing though. The difference between the two First response ones is just crazy. So glad I am passed the peeing on a stick phase.

Sallysaysnonono · 28/01/2018 23:34

I take it you’re not in a relationship then?

Really don’t worry about it, I wasn’t with my first and everything is great now.

And yes, test away, I would if it was me! I’m glad you have the support so many people don’t at a scary time.

Best of luck lovely. S

CL1982 · 28/01/2018 23:35

Op-those are definite positives. You are pregnant.

DeedeeJ1 · 28/01/2018 23:48

Oh no I am in a happy relationship. This is just very very very unplanned

Sallysaysnonono · 28/01/2018 23:51

well that’s good. Is you’re in a happy place it will work out just fine and trust in it... it’s the best thing ever. Is this your first?

Oh do shut up @pestov the OP clearly said AF was due the same day she took the tests so no, she isn't testing early or finding out 'before nature intended'. She obviously has had reason to suspect pregnancy and nowhere has she said she doesn't want to be pregnant, just that it's been unplanned. Feeling a bit goady were we?

OP I'm listening if you need support Smile

CL1982 · 29/01/2018 10:12

Yes I second that. That comment bought nothing to the table but snark!

PsychoPumpkin · 29/01/2018 10:17

pestov! That was so uncalled for!

I missed what was said by @pestov as it's now been deleted, can only presume it was negative. It's fair to say anything you say I haven't and will not take on board. Such a shame that in this day and age and to grown adults you have to remind them that if you haven't got anything nice to say... don't say it.

Thank you everyone else for your support! Not tests for me today or tomorrow. Hanging on now and feeling more positive as each day goes x Smile

CollyWombles · 29/01/2018 11:32

Feeling more positive...haha pun intended? @DeedeeJ1 😊 best of luck whatever the outcome

deepop · 29/01/2018 11:33

Ha @CollyWombles no pun intended actually! Can you tell I'm new to all of this!!! X
