Does anyone know if this precooked Chicken is safe to eat? I'm 6wks pregnant

I've read that cold deli meats can contain bacteria which is harmful in pregnancy

It's pre cooked processed chicken probably full of water and preservatives. Gross compared to fresh proper chicken.
