1-2 weeks on ClearBlue at 4w7d

I’m a bit worried 😟 I had an ectopic pregnancy back in August and we found out this month I’m pregnant again which is amazing. I had a dark OPK line on the 7th (so I guess I ovulated a day or so after?), and had brown/pink spotting on the 19th. Took a test on the 23rd and it was positive 😊 but I did a ClearBlue test today and it only says 1-2 weeks 😟 shouldn’t it be 2-3? Maybe it’s because I implanted late?

I have heard that the date calculator on those tests is unreliable but honestly the only way to know for sure is to go to your EPAU - I’m assuming you had contact with them for your ectopic so just ring them direct and they will probably get you in and test you. They’re amazing!

I didn't get 2-3 until 6+ weeks and I don't think that's uncommon. I'm now 30+4.

There is a very good thread for pregnancy after loss which I have found very helpful to help get through anxious times.

Someone else will be along shortly, I imagine but I have read not to take the estimation given by the Clearblue too seriously. As a scientist, I can say that this makes sense as HCG levels vary between women (there is wide range of normal at this stage). So please don't worry about what the test says, when I did mine I pretty much ignored the weeks counter and beamed like a nutcase at the word "Pregnant".

I was frantic over the clear blue digis as it took me till I was around 8 or 9 weeks to get a 3+ I was almost certain at the 12 week scan it wouldn't be ok but now I'm 22 weeks and everything's lookinggood so I honestly wouldn't pay too much attention to the weeks indicator it causes stress you don't need. Congrats OP

Mine said 1-2 at 9dpo and at 14dpo was 3+!! Don’t pay to much attention to those things unless it stays at 1-2 for a long time, try again in a few days
