A very itchy rash on my arms

Hello I am 16 weeks pregnant and for around 2 weeks had a bit of a rash going on, it’s near my underarms like on the underneath of my arms and it stared on my left arm and wasn’t too bad only itchyin at night but now it’s also on the other arm in the same place, it’s little bumps and they only really itchy at night, I haven’t changed anything like my soap powder or shower gel..... Iv Google’d and came across change of hormones can cause this. So I guess it’s nothing to worry about just annoying. So I. Tired a few creams including sudocrem but it still itches, I see my midwife next week so may show her and ask her if she has any ideas but thought perhaps some other pregnant ladies had something very similar and had some great ideas of how to ease it?

Hi yes I had this and it's horrible, I only had the rash on my arms but my whole body was itchy x
I also stopped using shower gel and regularly moisturised, took antihistamines the dr prescribed when it was really bad and kept me up at night.
You should ask for a blood test to check your bile acid as itching could be a sign of icp, if it's not that my dr said unfortunately some women's body react to the hormones and there's no say how long it will last. Mine has eased off now (19wks) but it comes and goes

Try eurmocate cream, works for me every time but follow instructions.
