I sent my maternity grant form away 2 weeks ago and never heard anything back (sent it before the 29 weeks so I think I've been declined so I've been told to send a new form) I've got a new form from the job centre to send away but the address they've gave me to post it to and the address on the gov website is different does anyone know the proper address? Don't know if the address on the gov website for people who print the form out and the address from the jobcentre is for people who get the form from there? Really stressed with money at the minute so would be helpful to get it sorted asap
