What DPO did you get 3+ on CB digital?

I know I'm being impatient but I'm worrying about what the usual DPO to get 3+ on clearblue digital is?

I'm 20 DPO at the moment, still showing 2-3weeks.
But I only moved over to 2-3 weeks last Thursday, 5 days ago, so I suppose I shouldn't be panicking yet?

I had two early miscarriages last year at 8.5 weeks and both times it took longer than a week to progress from 2-3 to 3+. I got 3+ at 23 DPO for miscarriage 1, (ten days after getting 2-3) and 29 DPO when I got 3+ the next time (13 days after getting 2-3).

I know "what will be will be". Just wondered what everyone's recent experiences were.
Thank you!!

I stopped testing after I got a positive result that said 2-3 weeks.

I think that might be for the best for you too. The weeks on these are said not to be super reliable so you're trying to find answers where there aren't any.

You just have to wait. Horrible I know.

HandbagFan · 23/01/2018 15:13

Yup, put the tests down and walk away. They’re not reliable. Don’t read anything into them except that you’re pregnant.

It did help me to know that something wasn't quite right though- without torturous early scans . I have been having increasing pain on one side though , so who knows I might end up needing one anyway.

21 DPO And still 2-3.... the inside lines look good but I know that I have to go by the digital reading. Agh!

I remember feeling a bit anxious about the digitals flipping over to 3+ this time around. I think it finally happened at around 23/24 dpo. It seems to really vary woman to woman and pregnancy to pregnancy.

Kiztok · 24/01/2018 09:54

Sorry to sound stupid but what does DPO mean?
Hopefully all will be ok for you x

kitty1013 · 24/01/2018 12:06

Thank you welshmammy. That makes me feel better.
It's unrealistic to think I can stop testing but I will stick to one a day and not worry too much for a few more days.

For anyone who reads this in future...I got 3+ today at 22 DPO. Phew ! Earlier than with my miscarriages. A good sign I hope.

Now stop testing.

zaalitje · 25/01/2018 10:06

They're renowned for being unreliable and causing lots of unnecessary stress.

Just work from date of last period.

For those puzzled by the ops testing - she is trying to work out her rate of hcg increase from the change in the tests. The idea being a successful pregnancy will see hcg rapidly increasing whereas a failing one won't increase so quickly.

Op I know why you're doing this but the you're just tormenting yourself. If you can't leave it without testing then ask your gp if they will test hcg levels through a blood test. That will gifs you a scientific answer and you then need to try and focus on what hopefully would be v good news.

kitty1013 · 25/01/2018 16:24

Northern- yes, you're totally right.
I am testing as in my two miscarriages it took 10 days in one, and 13 in the other, for the CB digital to progress from 2-3 to 3+.

I found it helpful to know those times that something perhaps wasn't quite right. It gave me emotional preparation , Without HCG blood tests, that I don't think the doctor would agree to, and I could only find privately at £100 a test.

Now I just have to keep my fingers crossed for this time. The tests won't tell me any more!
