No uti but symptoms? Scared of premature labour

So I posted on here thinking I had uti been doctors and urine sample has come back clear? I'm having mild back cramps and 'period like cramps but mild I'm so scared about premature labour I'm only 15 weeks 3 days? anyone been through this

I've had cramping all the way through my pregnancy (I'm 28 weeks). Sometimes its mild and a couple of times I've been on all fours, unable to stand or walk, like the most horrific period pains. Every time it turns out just to be either ligament pain or indigestion / wind!

I use a hot water bottle to help ease the pains, but you can also take paracetamol. If you're really concerned call the hospital or 111. Whenever I've called they haven't done anything if there is no bleeding, but they might be able to give you some advice over the phone and put your mind at ease.
