Pain across bump when bending? Has anyone had this?

22 weeks pregnant
I have just done a bigtidy up picked all of DS'S toys and now have a pain across the front of my bump when I bend or lean forwards.
Does anyone else have this or had this? I had it last night after tidying up too but not as bad?
My placenta is anterior not sure if that's relevant?

Is it your skin that's tight? Or a muscular pain? Maybe big tidy just over exerted you.
