Dry Mouth

Hi Ladies – Can someone please let me know how they deal with dry mouth? I am 30+3 and have started to get a dry mouth again. I have had my test for gestational diabetes which has come up negative. I currently suck ice cubes all day and drink gallons of water (that only relieves symptoms for a couple seconds) and keeps me on the bog for even longer!

A colleague suggested sucking frozen fruits. Any ideas? – I was thinking frozen grapes!

Thanks in advance!

Do you like aniseed by any chance?
Worked for me as they take forever to suck on (aniseed balls or bullseyes) and really helped me.

Murray mints or licorixe works too.

If in doubt though the doctor could prescribe some artificial spray for your mouth?
