Hello,

I'm in desperate need of some advice. I'm 9 weeks pregnant and have been experiencing very intense itchy nipples. This has gone on for about a month. I'm getting to the point that I want to rip them off! Wearing a bra/sports bra doesn't seem to help.

Anyone experienced this before and have any advice or know when it will stop?

Thanks!

I completely forgot about this until this post! stares at 3 month old. It was the worst and I mentioned it to a few people who looked at me like I was mad. I can’t really remember what I did but it went with my morning sickness so it won’t be the whole pregnancy.
Lasinoh for breastfeeding, in a purple bottle, is really good. Try rubbing that in and leaving it.
No idea what causes it though.

I had this! I had some Shea butter so used that, it stopped after a few days but drove me crazy!

I'm definitely buying some today! Thanks!

It was my earliest symptom this time, didn't have it with DD! My mum said she had it with both of us when I mentioned it so I got off lightly before! No advice, just sympathy Smile

Yes had this both times. It came and went throughout the pregnancy. I used moisturiser on them but not much else you can do. Really annoying!!

I used nipple cream- Superdrug one for 99p worked a treat, my tips got quite sore. Found getting a bigger bra helped. Still get itchy boobs now so have to take bra off when get home which never would have done before preg
