I've had morning sickness for most of my pregnancy it's been bearable....
Now I'm in the 2nd trimester it's getting worse and I'm actually throwing up now :/
Has anyone experienced this and any advice
Thanks

Yes I threw up and would gag when I cleaned my teeth in the morning. I found eating little an often helped. I liked really plain foods like mini cheddars and would keep those next to my bed to eat when I felt that awful nausea coming on. It does pass, I promise Flowers

Second little and often with food completely. Until recently I've been sleeping with a box of dry crackers by the side of the bed. Honestly helped so much.

Hope you start feeling better soon! Flowers
