Not sure if it’s round ligament pain?

Hi all, currently 24w+1 and experiencing a dull but at times sharp short pain in the centre of my abdomen where my pants would sit. I can feel it more if I cough, blow my nose or move about. Does it sound like round ligament pain to you? Any help would be much appreciated

Fits with my experience of RL pain.

Sounds exactly like round ligament pain. Unfortunately I had it all the way through. You can buy support belts that help.

You mean, how long each time or how many weeks in each pregnancy? Once it starts, you have it until the end, on & off. Pangs around the womb. I still went jogging & lots of walking. The pangs were my normal.
