I had this for the first 8 weeks on and off, I'm now 20 weeks. Everything I read online indicated it was relatively normal as it's the implantation plus everything getting ready and stretching / moving as needs be.

I’m currently 5 weeks and I have been getting cramps too. It’s all in my lower back as well.

I got them from 5 weeks and I'm now 15 weeks and still get them I guess it's just everything moving around and adjusting. Lower back and abdomen but not bad just a dull ache if your not crippled over or bleeding everything should be fine I learnt this by going to the hospital endless times out of fear just to be told the same thing everytime ..baby is fine and it's normal 😊
