Lack of symptoms?

Hi Everyone,
Just looking for some reassurance! Currently 6 weeks 6 days and have zero symptoms apart from slight bloating. I had an early scan at Just over 5 weeks due to bleeding and there was a sack and yolk but no foetal pole. Aparently that was ok for the 5 week mark, but I’m back on Wednesday for a 7 week scan to see if it’s progressed.
I’m just looking reassurance that a lack of symptoms is nothing to worry about :( everyone is telling me that Lots of symptoms is a good sign the pregnancy is progressing well so I’m worrying :( I feel absolutely normal!
Thank you!

I had no symptoms whatsoever! It wasn't till I started showing I believed I was expecting even after the 3 month scan.

Thank you that makes me feel better! Both my friends have had kids recently and they’ve been awfully sick so I guess they are my only gauge! X

I'm 14 weeks now and worried about this constantly when I was where you are now. I had no real symptoms apart from sore boobs until about week 9 - from there I got nausea (constant but very mild - you could just ignore it and power through, nothing like the debilitating feeling that lots of other pregnant women describe) and fatigue - they both disappeared again at 13 weeks. I've now had about a million scans (I had three miscarriages before this pregnancy so got NHS early ones) and all was fine. It's horrible worrying - especially when all the other pregnant women seem to have a thousand symptoms. Remember that people having an easy time of it are likely to talk about it a lot less than those really suffering - only a minority of pregnant women ever vomit, but that's not what you'd think from reading a pregnancy board! Mild or no symptoms are just as normal.

Thanks so much for the reassurance :) think I’m just paranoid as it took
Us a year to get pregnant.

I think it's less common to talk about not having any symptoms but it's not as unusual as you'd think. I've never had any nausea/fatigue/sore boobs at all in any pregnancy. Try and enjoy feeling well, it's really good just being able to get on with stuff as normal!

Thank you - going to try :)
