Any of you been sleep then woken up with really bad shaking like you need sugar before you pass out 29 weeks

Yeah I get that a lot and even when I've not been pregnant.

I do find having a banana before bed works and also just keeping a packet of biscuits beside the bed a long with a can of juice works well.

Normally starts with me waking up then getting warm and sweaty and then by time I'm down in kitchen I'm eating crisps, chocolate and jiuxe to get rid of it.

All tests have come back clear and I just keep an eye on it, drives me bloody insane tho!

I have a gastric sleeve and when I told my surgeon about having it before the surgery he said it sounded like what's known as dumping. Basically it's a body surge that dumps digestion through too quick due to high amounts of fat, carbs etc.

But mine is solved with sugar 😣
