I’m 38 weeks today and cannot stand my husband especially his smell. I have been like this since 35 weeks. I don’t think he has done anything different. I’ve always thought he should wash his hair more but it has never bothered me before now. We sleep apart because of my pregnancy snoring but the idea of going back to sharing a bed makes me want to be sick. I have washed our pillows, cushions (the actual things) as well as covers, mattress topper. Even though I did it only last week I feel I need to do it again. I am finding him just annoying generally even the way he breathes. I want him to have a hair cut, get out the house and just lots of things like that. My worry is this won’t go. Has anyone had this during pregnancy and if so, please tell me when this will go?!!!

I didn’t but a friend of mine did and it went away for her. They even went on to have a second and it didn’t happen second time around!

It should do, I felt like this from beginning of my pregnancy. Everything about my husband bugged the life out of me, his smell and breathe turned my stomach (so horrible).

We slept separately and when I got kids to bed I sat myself in my room.

15 weeks postpartum and I'm starting to feel back to myself again.

It goes! Some people can’t stand the smell of their kids/partners/parents/friends when pregnant. I’ve never had it but it’s a pretty common pregnancy complaint from what I’ve seen

It will go but not instantly...I felt like this when pregnant with second baby...it went about 8-12 weeks after giving birth

I couldn’t stand the smell of my husbands breath at night in bed... it didn’t go for me though!

I had the same and it had gone by the time we got to go home about 5 days after baby was born
