Has anyone suffered with pregnancy incontinence?

Hello,

For anyone who has suffered with pregnancy incontinence (on any level), when did it start?

I'm 21 weeks tomorrow and on my walk to work this morning I had a bit of a bladder leak. It wasn't a huge amount but enough to go through to my trousers. Then throughout the day I've not been able to stop really tiny amounts coming out.

Before today I've not experienced this at all. Today was the first day I've worn my secret saviours stretch mark band which might have put some extra pressure on my bladder although I'm not sure.

Has anyone else experienced this? When did it start and did it get much worse?

Thanks

It's totally normal lol. I did in 4 pregnancies but it cleared up after birth

Ok, thanks. I think it was just a shock....Yesterday I was fine, today I had a leak that went through my trousers and made a patch the size of a flat tennis ball just through gentle walking. I've been doing my pelvic floor exercises so I thought it might not be a problem until the third trimester Sad

I've developed it in the third trimester and started wearing sanitary pads for extra protection. It's the worst when coughing or sneezing!

I have a cold with a really chesty cough.

Im wearing a proper thickness sanitary pad all day. Using a natural brand as always makes me really sore I found.

It was worst in the 2nd trimester bizarrely, mostly when I coughed. One v embarrassing night when I managed to laugh until I threw up what I'd just eaten, AND peed myself, on my friends sofa. Went away later in pregnancy for me though.

Yes. And it got much, much worse after labour. Need lots of physio for it. Highly unpleasant but pretty much gone now.

I developed it in the 3rd trimester, mostly when sitting down or standing up because the pressure of the movement obviously compresses the bladder. Praying it goes away after the birth!

Since start of second trimester here..
Everytime I Cough, sneeze, retch a little bit of weeks escapes!
