Painful bump when walking

I’m only 26 weeks and my bump is so painful when I walk, even just small distances. This is baby #2 so luckily I’m a SAHM so I can choose my own activity levels but even a short walk to Tesco is agony. Has anyone bought one of those bump support bands they can recommend?

Thank you Smile

Congrats Flowers I found a big tubigrip helpful, it was given to me by physio, perhaps ask your midwife about getting one? You could order from the internet I imagine but not sure about sizes! It made me feel much more supported and although still sore it definitely helped. Good luck!

Get a belly band support. I have been wearing mine daily since 23 weeks (almost 28 now). And if you can see a chiropractor. They can do a mild manipulation: re-adjustment which can really help.

Great, thank you. I bought a similar one today from Mothercare so hopefully I’ll have some luck!
