Currently 12+4 (dating scan tomorrow) and am really struggling with the nonstop nausea. I’ve tried seabands, ginger sweets, ginger biscuits, ginger drinks, plain crackers, plain crisps - nothing so far has helped please tell me anything that you’ve tried that has helped you!
I had this pretty much my whole pregnancy with DD but —sadistically— sort of enjoyed it because I had 3 miscarriages before her so I liked the reassurance of feeling like shite. Now I’m runnkng after a 2yo as well as working it’s no longer fun :(! I feel like I have the worst hangover ever minus the drink, I haven’t been sick for almost 2w but I’m dry heaving all day everyday. Everything sets me off, being cold, walking into a room that’s a slightly different temperature to the last, yawning, seeing pictures of food, thinking about certain foods - heave heave heave! it’s miserable!!
Please someone give me something that worked for them!
Hopefully no one says meat because I have a full blown meat aversion 🤢
