Is this a dye pool?

Hey, I took this cheap strip test and this VERY faint line, barely visible appeared but it's so close to the max line??? Or maybe I have line eyes and am imagining it?🙄

Is this a dye pool or...?

That's not where a positive line would usually be on those strips.

I can't see anything.

I did a few of these and found my wee made it hard to read like this! Give it a week or so and try one of the stick ones, they're a little easier to get right if you want to be sure :) x

Jesus wept. These tests are absolutely shit. They are cheap for a reason. Buy a decent brand

I used these (because I’m a crazy POASer) and they’re fine, but they struggle when saturated too much in pee and have a habit of gathering the dye at the point yours did here. I ended up using a FRER just to double check with mine but it was correct in the end

First response early response . It comes up much earlier with those, although I was carrying twins and it still took until 11dpo to show a very faint line!

These were taken 5 days past ovulation

Best way to use these (and any pregnancy test) is to wee into a pot and dip for the required time. Have you got anymore to try again using this method?

I just didnanother using this method and got the exact same as my other!

I have one left so I'll try again in the morning first thing and see.

If not then I guess I may have just skipped a period for some reason! But I'll probably wait another week to be sure😂

You're welcome OP. I hope you get the result you're hoping for!
Personally, the digital tests leave no doubt. They do the pondering for you and give you a (99%) definitive answer either way x

If your third test comes up with same confusion, def look for a digital test (Amazon if you can't go out?) or a FRER to make absolutely sure. Those could be a dodgy batch

I used pregnancy test strips and got a line very far away from the other one? It’s very faint tho. Could it be a dye pool?

I Havnt had a period in over 10 weeks(nearly 11)...I have spider veins. The line Nigra..stretch marks on my hips...my belly button has darkened in colour. My nipples have them goosebump things. I’ve felt nauseous and not puked but my partner has, Ive Felt very tired...my belly is round in shape and hard. I get pain(googled it) and says round ligament pain and the uterus stretching! I had brown stuff that looked like implantation bleeding at the start. I’ve had unprotected sex a few times since then. I’ve had a lot of white milky discharge. My heart beat/pulse is very distinct in my belly you can even see it. I got two faint positive tests at The start but they Havnt got darker? I’ve got negative bloods and scan...nothing. Is there something wrong with my HCG levels? Do you think I’m pregnant? What can I do next?

Did you find out if it was? I’ve done two tests one was yesterday afternoon no line where a dye pool would be and I done one this morning and there was a dark line where the max bit is, I am due on tomora but been feeling very nauseous lately and my dog won’t leave me alone 🤣
