I am like a Zombie / it’s my first baby and I know people don’t sleep through the night in late pregnancy but I have more than that. It’s full blown insomnia.
I’m wide awake every night - watching TV, eating etc
I am stressed about work and can usually put that aside, but now, I don’t seem to be able to rationalise it at all.
I run my own business and manage a team of people - it’s tough to get Head soace sometimes but I’m usually such a good sleeper!
What can i do?
I’m at the end of my tether here after 2 solid weeks of 5 hours broken sleep a night.
I know others manage with this amount of sleep, but I’m not doing well!
